# the interview : erlend øye

++ My first intention was to make an professional-like interview with Erlend. Meet him before his concert in Stuttgart at the Travellers Club (march 31, 2002), put out my recorder and ask him some clever questions, but it turns out to something totally different. And I think that’s exactly why he’s one of the best artist at this moment you can put your ear on, because he’s able to surprise and incite people. At the end I have spent some hours with Erlend, he helped me to correct the lyrics of the unreleased songs and b-sides, I forced him to make some sketches for my fake merchandise section and we talked about his music and music at all.
